Hello, my name is teaser text and you can change me!
Cosmetic nose surgery is not just an activity for the super rich, celebrities, or the supposed elite members of society. Cosmetic surgeons practice there craft to all individuals that can pay and while nose jobs might not be cheap they are quite common. Plastic surgery is an expensive craft but it is worth it to many people whether their reason is for health, mental well being, or simple aesthetics.
The typical session that leads to having an individual’s nose reshaped will begin with a detailed discussion with the cosmetic surgeon that will be performing the operation. Fine points of the procedure will be discussed and a methodology will be chosen.
There are two techniques that are referenced in this type of nose reshaping operation. The closed method involves working from the inside of the nose to reshape it in accordance with the design scheme of the new nose. Some parts will be removed and others might be added. This version is typically used for less drastic changes. The open method is a drastic technique that involves the cutting of the partition between the nostrils known as the columnella. The skin of the nose is then gently lifted so that the cosmetic surgeon will have greater access to the nasal cavity. Typical reasons for this technique involve correction of a deviant septum or the reconstruction of a badly damaged nose.
Typical side-effects from this procedure include swelling, bruising, and possible numbness in the tip of the nose. With the open method there may be a tiny scar on the underside of the nose, but this is not always the case.
